One more day and a wakeup to Nuku’alofa, Tonga. Weather’s been nice during this short hop between Tahiti and Tonga. As we are sailing in Exclusive Economic Zones the entire way, we are not allowed to collect data. Thus this trip is mostly housekeeping.

I’m planning on grabbing some pictures tomorrow of the Jason and the shipboard double-wide trailer of fun that controls it. The control center is two 20-foot sea-going containers with a side each cut out and foam sealed together. It’s pretty sweet on the inside, but for some reason I keep wanting to put a big old Neckcar Number 3 with a halo over it on the side and place some pink flamingos and some astroturf around it.
